<p>Michelle PG Richardson holds degrees in Literature, Creative Writing, and Psychology, from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a wife, a mother of four, a freelance writer, an organization specialist, and a teacher.</p>
<p>Michelle has taught all Pre and Elementary subjects. She has also taught applied piano and music theory to children and adults (ages four and up), specializing in teaching piano to children with dyslexia.&nbsp; She began playing at the age of four, and had auditioned and was accepted to work with Jane Allen Ridder of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, as well as Daniel Schene, head of the music department of Webster University during her high school and early college years. Her love of literature, writing, and psychology, took over, and her concentration changed from majoring in music to majoring in Literature, Creative Writing, and Psychology.</p>
<p>Among other past employments, Michelle has written feature length children&#8217;s book reviews for The Gazette newspaper in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she was also archivist and research assistant. Her second review was picked up by the AP wire. She has also written children&rsquo;s book reviews for The St. Louis Post Dispatch, in St. Louis, Missouri.</p>

As a child, she was instructed in how alligator grease  relieves asthma, a buried potato cures warts, how a cactus cures sugar,  and so much more. This kind of old world knowledge, made her stand out  among her peers, not always in a comfortable way.</p>
<p>She&rsquo;s traveled to scores of far away places and encountered many of  her own kind, along with some that might belong on another planet. They  weren&rsquo;t Cajun, Irish, nor Native American, like she is, but she was not  deceived. Young, old, rich or poor, famous or infamous, the recognition  was mutual. None of them, were not nearly as fascinating as the ordinary  people she still bumps into everyday.</p>
