Michelle PG Richardson

AKA Frieda Babbley

Michelle PG Richardson holds degrees in Literature, Creative Writing, and Psychology, from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a wife, a mother of four, a freelance writer, an organization specialist, and a teacher.

Michelle has taught all Pre and Elementary subjects. She has also taught applied piano and music theory to children and adults (ages four and up), specializing in teaching piano to children with dyslexia.  She began playing at the age of four, and had auditioned and was accepted to work with Jane Allen Ridder of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, as well as Daniel Schene, head of the music department of Webster University during her high school and early college years. Her love of literature, writing, and psychology, took over, and her concentration changed from majoring in music to majoring in Literature, Creative Writing, and Psychology.

Among other past employments, Michelle has written feature length children’s book reviews for The Gazette newspaper in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she was also archivist and research assistant. Her second review was picked up by the AP wire. She has also written children’s book reviews for The St. Louis Post Dispatch, in St. Louis, Missouri.

Currently, as a freelance writer, Michelle has authored and published a variety of articles, short stories, poetry, and memoires for the web.

Her works can be found on HubPages, which she has been a member of for five months. On HubPages, Michelle has been the winner of two HubNugget awards on HubPages which she received as a new writer for showing exemplary excellence, knowledge, and skill. She has also been chosen amongst thousands of writers to be interviewed for the HubPages Newsletter. Her score consistently remains in the mid to upper nineties, and has reached 100 on quite a few occasions there. Most often she chooses to write under her pen name of 15 years - Frieda Babbley -  however, she has niche articles on HubPages under the pen names of Hesaid Shesaid, as well as SoulaBee.

She is also creator, founder, designer, and author of her main weblog “Frieda Babbley”, on blogspot, which has been on the web since August of 2008.

Also as Frieda Babbley, Michelle is founder and co-author of the comedy blog Dyslecsics Dictionary (spelled wrong so we get it right) inspired by authentication codes, a blog now dabbled in every once in a while.

The final blog of Michelle’s is “Eye on Moms”, begun at approximately the same time as “Frieda Babbley” (which she has transferred to this, her newest venture, EYE ON LIFE magazine, powered through squarespace .

All of Michelle’s writing experiences have brought her to start her own online magazine, EYE ON LIFE, where she is Founder, Owner, and Editor in Chief, and where she is proud to be working alongside other writers of exceptional talent.

On the side, Michelle has been working on a fictional novel. as well as a book of fine art photography by esteemed photographer William Zuback, to which she is providing the literary passages for each photo.

Michelle can be found under the username of FriedaBabbley on Twitter, Tagfoot, Digg, and Stumble Upon. She also belongs to two private online communities for writers.
